Prices above are quoted in a monthly basis.

Goryu Terrace is only available on a monthly lease.

Prices include:

Pick-up and Drop-off from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon arrival and departure.
10% consumption tax.
Phone, Internet, Gas, Electricity and also heating are included in the price.

Deposit - 30% Deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.

Payment - All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid via Paypal or directly into Goryu Terrace Japanese Bank account, merchant and bank fees and are 3.2% for Paypal payments and up to 2,500 yen for an Telegraphic Transfer. Local Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge.

We do recommend Transferwise for all International Transfers as this service doesn't attract any merchant fees and the exchange rate is much better than Paypal and also the local bank.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy - In the event that you need to cancel and we have more than 60 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn't expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in date.
